I do not take or process commissions on a first-come, first-served basis.

I may decline requests for any reason (difficult, uncomfortable, poor references, not interested, etc).

You are only purchasing a digital PNG file. Resolution will typically be around 2640x4080 px or 2630x3360 px @ 300 DPI. Other file types, dimensions, transparent backgrounds, and invasive watermarks can be provided on request.

I will not fully remove my watermark or artist signature unless a Monetized Content Usage License or Commercial Usage License has been purchased for the commissioned artworks.

I do not color pick from references and always interpret my own colors. If you are sensitive about the palette matching the reference, I may not be the ideal artist for you.

Revisions cannot be requested UNLESS I missed a detail or design element that was clearly provided. If it was not in the original reference images, no modifications may be made.

Genderbends, or similar requests that essentially require designing/redesigning the character

Payment options include PayPal, Stripe, and Wise.

Full payment is required upfront if the total is less than $200.

Payment Plans are possible if the total is $200 or more. Requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% up front, and 50% one month later. I will not begin work on the commission until after the final payment has been submitted and the artwork is paid for in full.

I will send you an invoice when I have accepted your commission, which must be paid within 72 hours.

Full refunds will only be provided if for some reason I have not been able to start your commission within 180 days after payment.

Partial refunds can be provided if you decide to back out for any reason or exhibit inappropriate or aggressive behavior before the artwork has reached the coloring stage. The maximum refund amount starts at 70%, and may decrease at my discretion depending on how much work was done.

No refunds will be provided for any artwork that has reached the coloring stage.

Refunds are not possible for Payment Plan deposits.

If you pursue a refund or initiate a chargeback without my prior written consent, you lose all usage rights and display permissions to the commissioned artworks.

Estimated turnover time is approximately 3 weeks per drawing. If you're in a queue with 2 others, expect about 9 weeks' wait after payment.

Regardless of estimated delivery time, my guaranteed delivery time is 180 days after receiving full payment per request.

Due to the nature of Surprise Me commissions, I will not always initiate communication or show WIPs before completing the artwork. However, I will sometimes show WIPs and or ask questions. Please be understanding that even if I provide WIPs, the commission is still a Surprise Me/Skeb-like. I may seek your input on minor aspects, but I will not make major changes otherwise.

If I contact you for feedback and do not receive a response within 7 days, I may move forward with your commission without approval.

Commission queue and progress can be viewed on Trello. Feel free to contact me at any time for any reason, but for quick, simple questions such as “how far are you along the queue list?” keep in mind that the answer may be easily found on Trello!

Commissioned artworks are for personal and noncommercial use only.

You may re-upload, repost, and use your commissioned artworks for personal displays, character galleries, profile pictures, and other noncommercial uses.

You and any associated third parties* cannot modify or create any derivative works of my artworks without my prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, painting over my art, altering the colors of my art, and recreating my art in a different medium.

The commissioned artworks may not be redistributed, reproduced, or used for profit without a written commercial usage license agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, paid digital downloads, selling physical merchandise, selling derivative products, and use for commercial branding.

You and any associated third parties* are strictly prohibited from using my artworks in any Artificial Intelligence (AI) generation programs, machine learning models, or neural networks. This includes, but is not limited to, utilizing my artworks as a prompt, source image, data scraping target, or training data.

You and any associated third parties* may not create, mint, sell, or offer for sale any Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) that incorporate, are derived from, or reference my artworks, whether directly or indirectly.

You acknowledge that my artworks are associated with my brand and reputation. You and any associated third parties* may only use the commissioned artworks in a manner that does not, directly or indirectly, damage or disparage my professional standing, artistic integrity, or public image.

You must credit me for all public uses and cannot claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned artworks.

I retain all rights and copyrights to the commissioned artworks even after payment has been received.

I may use the commissioned artworks for promotional purposes, post, and reproduce them unless bound by a prior written agreement stating otherwise, such as a NDA.

If the terms hereinbefore are violated or breached, I reserve the right to revoke all usage rights and display permissions of my artworks without a refund.
