I do not take or process commissions on a first-come, first-served basis.

I may decline requests for any reason (difficult, uncomfortable, poor references, not interested, etc).

You are only purchasing a digital PNG file. Resolution will typically be around 2640x4080 px or 2630x3360 px @ 300 DPI. Other file types, dimensions, and transparent backgrounds can be provided on request.

I reserve the right to post, or refrain from posting any commission online unless bound by a NDA.

You may request invasive watermarks for social media posts.

I do not color pick from references and always interpret my own colors. If you are sensitive about the palette matching the reference, I may not be the ideal artist for you.

Revisions cannot be requested UNLESS I missed a detail or design element that was clearly provided. If it was not in the original reference images, no modifications may be made.

Characters without visual references or color references

Elaborate backgrounds

Mechas, vehicles, or complex machinery

Genderbends, or similar requests that essentially require designing/redesigning the character

Any sexually suggestive or fetish-adjacent content involving critters or animals

Implied or explicit sexual acts and "hard" fetish content. If the character has exaggerated proportions, please understand that I will tone down the anatomy to my comfort level

Payment options include PayPal, Stripe, and Wise.

Full payment is required upfront if the total is less than $200.

Payment Plans are possible if the total is $200 or more. Requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% up front, and 50% one month later. I will not begin work on the commission until after the final payment has been submitted and the artwork is paid for in full.

I will send you an invoice when I have accepted your commission, which must be paid within 72 hours.

Full refunds will only be provided if for some reason I have not been able to start your commission within 180 days after payment.

You may also cancel for a full refund within 1 week of payment only if your commission has not been started. Beyond the first week, refunds cannot exceed 70% of the original amount regardless of progress made. Refunds are not possible for Payment Plan deposits.

No refunds will be provided for any artwork that has reached the coloring stage.

Partial refunds can be provided if you decide to back out for any reason, have poor communication, or exhibit inappropriate/aggressive behavior during the sketch or lineart stage. The refund amount is at my discretion depending on how much work was done.

If you back out of a partially finished commission or initiate a chargeback, you will lose all usage rights over the commission piece.

Estimated turnover time is approximately 3 weeks per drawing. If you're in a queue with 2 others, expect about 9 weeks' wait after payment.

Regardless of estimated delivery time, please understand that my guaranteed delivery time is 180 days after receiving full payment per request.

Due to the nature of Surprise Me commissions, I will not always initiate communication or show WIPs before completing the artwork. However, I will sometimes show WIPs and or ask questions. Please be understanding that even if I provide WIPs, the commission is still a Surprise Me/Skeb-like. I may seek your input on minor aspects, but I will not make major changes otherwise.

Commission queue and progress can be viewed on Trello. Feel free to contact me at any time for any reason, but for quick, simple questions such as “how far are you along the queue list?” keep in mind that the answer may be easily found on Trello!

The commissioned artwork may not be edited without my consent, redistributed, reproduced, used for AI generation or AI training, or used for profit, which includes but is not limited to paid digital downloads, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), and physical merchandise.

Commissioned artwork is for personal and noncommercial use only.

If you wish to use commissioned artwork on a platform that you generate income with (Affiliate or Partner Twitch accounts, monetized YouTube channels, etc) you may purchase a Usage License for monetized content for a +30% fee.

For businesses interested in a Commercial Usage License, please email me and include your company name, website, and a summary of your project needs.

I retain full and exclusive rights to the artwork itself, while you retain Intellectual Property rights to your OCs. I may use the commissioned piece for promotional purposes, post, and reproduce it.

You must credit me* for all public uses and cannot claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the artwork.

You may re-upload, repost, and use your commissioned artwork for character galleries, avatars, forum signatures, and other personal, noncommercial uses, but please credit me*.
